"PRIDE OF THE SOUTH" SHOW
The tickets are $20.00 per person (over 15) and $10 per person for under 15.
The ticket is good for entrance for the entire 3 days event.
Admission is free to SCV members only.
Discover North Carolina Wines. Visit the booths of some of North Carolina's Wine Producers. Sample their products and buy bottles of North Carolina wine to take home with you.
Relic Hunters Delight.......We will have Civil War Relic Dealers from around the South. Come see and buy authentic Civil War medals, buttons, papers, guns, military equipment, flags, jewelry and more.
Love those vintage vehicles? Come see restored pre 1989 vehicles at the "DIXIE" car and truck cruise-in. This event will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008. No entry fee and No parking fee. "Pick of the Day" award will be given as well as a 50/50 drawing. For more information and entry, call Wayne Hearne at 704-436-2407.
Join us at the Confederate Submarine "Hunley" Exhibit and shop with the "Friends of the Hunley" This exhibit is very educational and well worth seeing. Authentic "Hunley" merchandise will be sold and the adjoining booth.
Visit our "Made in the South" food and gift vendors. All under one roof. Get all your Christmas shopping done early. Vendors will have food samples to taste and buy. Gift vendors will have a vast variety of products and something for everyone.
Looking for Books? Come see our book sellers. They'll have just the right choice. Lots of history books and books about the south.
Come to the Confederate section of the show. We'll have flags, commemorative medals, period clothing, jewelry, t-shirts, bumper stickers, patches........and much, much more. Shop till you drop.
Check out the re-enactors. They'll be set up in an authentic camp setting. Cannons and weapons demonstrations will be throughout the day.
See the "Dukes of Hazzard" car. Yes, the one used in the movie. Maybe some celebs will come also.
